The Boswell Company unveiled the Eclat "Hydro" barrels from Jean-Christophe Varron and Tonnellerie VINEA in Cognac. According to the supplier, the barrels are produced with French oak staves that are steamed using magnetized water in a pressurized, high temperature tank for 30 minutes.
