Gabriel-Glas wine glasses are now available in the North American market. The glass takes its name from Swiss wine critic René Gabriel who helped designed the glass for all wine types. The glass is dishwasher safe and available in two models; mouth-blown and machine molded.

Metrohm USA unveiled the Metrohm 917 Karl Fischer coulometer. The compact, stand-alone coulometer takes up 8 inches of linear bench space and features a touch screen display, simple method recall and an integrated pump combined with reagent and sample handling. Metrohm USA reports the unit recognizes when a sample has been injected and starts the titration without needing to be prompted.

The prototype was tested during the 2015 grape harvest in Saint Emilion, and the results will be revealed during the primeurs tasting between the 4th and 8th of April 2016 on the premises of Jean-Luc Thunevin in Saint Emilion.
