AGERpoint announced it partnered with agricultural equipment manufacturer Durand Wayland to produce a GPS-guided, variable rate, air-blast sprayer. The unit is available as a new installation or as a retrofit and is designed to help growers reduce spray waste and make compliance paperwork easier by automatically recording where, when and what was sprayed.

OxySense released a new portable oxygen analyzer. The company reports the device allows for easy and accurate oxygen analysis for testing wine bottles in storage or during bottling. The device weighs six pounds and features real-time graphical display, automatic data logging, SampleTracker bar code software and an integrated report writer with graph and log capability.

Sensorex unveiled its SAM-1 probe that plugs into the headphone jack of a smart phone or tablet and connects to Sensorex analytical sensors to measure and record pH, temperature, ORP and conductivity. Time, date and GPS location are recorded with each reading and users can add further location details and additional comments. Readings can be shared via email or exported to a spreadsheet.
