Plum unveiled its new by-the-glass wine dispenser that it calls “a sophisticated marriage of haute technology and elegant design.” The machine can be fitted with two standard 750ml bottles with any closure. An integrated computer scans the labels of each bottle and then displays the label images on a full-color, 7-inch touchscreen that controls the dispenser.

Primera released the LX2000, a color label printer that the supplier reports can produce labels of up to 6” per second and is 25% faster than the company’s LX900 printer. The printer employs separate ink cartridges for cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink.
