Ecommerce and POS system developer eWinery Solutions released its new MoJoe POS mobile application for direct-to-consumer sales. The app is the first product developed since eWinery acquired Napa Valley POS. According to eWinery, the app allows winery staff to transact sales from “virtually any location with an internet connection.

Kubota Tractor Corp. announced its new Grand L60 Series of tractors, which the company says offers a higher level of comfort along with improved productivity for compact tractors. The six models are available with a range of five engines and three transmission options.

Oenobrands’ announced that some strains of Anchor brand yeast will be available in smaller 250-gram packages. The yeast had previously only been available in 1 kg, or by special order 5 kg, packs. The VIN13, NT202, NT116 and NT50 strains will be available in the 250-gram size.

Wilden unveiled its new Pro-Flo Shift air distribution system for air-operated double-diaphragm pumps. The company describes the new system as a “significant breakthrough in energy efficiency” and that it can achieve up to a 60% savings in air consumption and costs 50% less than an electronically actuated air distribution system.

Wine Father LLC, based in Chicago, announced it will soon release its new Geo-Cap capsule that contains a radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip that will gather information about the environment, location and commercial life of the bottle it seals. The capsule is designed to give wineries and wine buyers confidence about the conditions a wine experienced during shipment or storage.

Italian cooper Garbellotto has released a new one-ton, or 264-gallon, French oak fermentor that can also be used as an aging vessel. The vat is available through The Vintner Vault in Paso Robles, Calif., and comes equipped with a stainless steel lid and forklift grooves on its base so that it can be emptied into a press.
