Enartis USA released two products designed to improve the process of stabilizing wines. The company claims the new products will make stabilization easier, faster and cheaper to help wineries bring wines to market more quickly. Zenith Uno is designed to stabilize all types of wine, while Zenith Color can also stabilize the anthocyanins in red wines.

Guala Closures Group unveiled the e-wak closure that it describes as the wine industry’s first smart aluminum closure. The closure features an NFC tag developed in partnership with NXP Semiconductors and is designed to help wineries ensure brand authenticity and develop one-on-one relationships with consumers.
