AEB now offers Auxilia, a 100% certified organic yeast nutrient developed in France. According to the supplier, Auxilia helps ensure a succesful finish to a difficult fermentation while limiting the production of volatile acidity. The nutrient also “improves base sparkling wines by adsorbing fermentation inhibitors” and helps facilitate sur lie aging.

GreatVines now offers a cloud-based pricing system to provide “scalable, collaborative functionality for use by sales teams operating from disparate locations.” The company reports cloud functionality enables users to access analytics and other sales functions.

Primera introduced its LX2000, which it claims “represents an entirely new product class in desktop label printing.” The machine employs separate ink cartridges for each color and delivers print speeds of six inches per second to produce labels quickly. Labels can include photos, graphics, illustrations and text as well as high-resolution linear or two-dimensional bar codes.
