Baker Wine & Grape Analysis (BWGA) is now offering three new sensory evaluation services: trouble shooting, sensory evaluation and wine stylizing. Trouble shooting identifies wine flaws or undesirable sensory defects and determines what happened to the wine and how to prevent the issue. Sensory evaluation includes a descriptive analysis for a complete wine aroma and flavor profile.
