BCWI names marketing manager

MadWine, Esquin merge

TMSA Holdings, owner of Seattle-based Esquin Wine Merchants, purchased online retailer MadWine of Bellevue, Wash. The revamped website madwine.com promises “more Washington wines than any other online retailer,” and currently offers some 4,000 domestic and international wines. Within two years, the company plans to sell 10,000 labels from the site.

Walla Walla wineries to open in Woodinville

The Western Washington wine-tasting hub of Woodinville will gain two prestigious Eastern Washington vintners next spring, when Pepper Bridge and Amavi Cellars plan to open a joint operation in the Hollywood Schoolhouse, near Bookwalter, Mark Ryan and Ross Andrew facilities.
