Santa Fe, Texas—Tiffany Farrell is the new winemaker of Haak Vineyards. Farrell, a native of Texas, has nearly a decade of winemaking experience gained at wineries in California and Idaho. In addition to a bachelor of science degree in microbiology from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi, Farrel also holds a master of science degree in hydrologic sciences from Boise State University.
