Denison, Texas—Andrew Snyder, the owner of Chapel Creek Winery in El Reno, Okla., is the new viticulture and enology professor at Grayson County College in Denison, Texas. The school offers associate’s degrees and certificates in viticulture and enology. Before joining Grayson County College, Snyder taught for eight years at Redlands Community College.
