Lodi, Calif.—Elyse Perry was promoted from assistant winemaker to winemaker at Bokisch Vineyards and will now oversee all winery operations. Perry has helped create the winery’s custom crush business, developed new wines for its second label and assisted overseeing the design and construction of the new Bokisch winery. Prior to joining Bokisch, Perry worked as winemaker at Galvan Family Cellars in Fairfield, Calif., Bin to Bottle in Napa, Calif. and launched her own brand Egan Cellars.
