Napa, Calif.—Tonnellerie Berger & Fils appointed Tiffany Eicholz as marketing and business development manager as part of an effort to expand its business in North America. Eicholz began her career in the wine industry working alongside winemaker Andy Erickson at Napa Valley Think Tank, an analytical laboratory and resource center for winemakers in the Napa Valley. As business manager, Eicholz was in charge of customer relations and establishing strategic partnerships to grow the business. In 2012 Tiffany joined Laffort USA, to manage the retail store and coordinate all aspects of marketing and communications for North America. In her new position, Eicholz will be based in Napa.
