St. Helena, Calif.—Rom Toulon, the former wine director at The Restaurant at Meadowood and most recently a managing partner at the wine store 24 Hubert in New York City, is the new president of Chateau Boswell. As president, Toulon will lead the development of the long-term vision for the winery. "We have been discussing, for quite some time, our ideal candidate and we always circled back to Rom whom we have known and admired for many years,” said winery owner Susan Boswell. “We have an incredibly talented team in place now and we’re delighted that Rom will shepherd us into our new chapter as we enhance and refine our beloved brand."
