Napa, Calif.—After eleven years as the winemaker at Schrambsberg Vineyards, Keith Hock has left the winery to launch his own consulting project Hock Wines. Hock’s clients already include the Piper Sonoma brand produced by Remy Cointreau, Skywalker Vineyards and others. Hock is consulting on both sparkling and still wine projects. “I had a great time working with the Davies family and team at Schramsberg and J Davies through a time of great growth,” Hock said in a statement. “It was always exciting, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunities that were knocking on my door.”
