McMinnville, Ore.—Maysara Winery and Demeter USA are hosting a one-day seminar on Biodynamic grape growing and winemaking. The course, which will be held at the winery and costs $60 for general admission and $30 for students, will cover the history and background of Biodynamic agriculture, how a farm can be a living organism, soil and compost, pest management and other issues.
