In the Washington Post this week, columnist Dave McIntyre writes about the push to place more wines from Virginia and Maryland on wines lists in the Washington, DC area. In the Chicago Tribune, wine writer Bill Daley goes looking for wines to pair with a red curry beef dish and comes up with quite an eclectic collection. And wine blogger Fredric Koeppel offers several tasting notes on wines recently tasted on his trip to Chile, with praise for many of these. JG
