Lots of predictions of wine trends to come in 2008, with a consensus that 'green' grape growing and winemaking practices will gain greater importance to wine lovers. The case is made most forcefully by Laurie Daniel of the San Jose Mercury News, but columnists in the Rocky Mountain News and Washington Times echo the subject.
