Wine Review Weekly
October 29, 2012
Lake County wines get attention this week from Lettie Teague in the Wall Street Journal, while Mendocino County wines are given some love and attention from wine columnist Bill Ward of the Minneapolis Star Tribune. In the New York Times, wine columnist Eric Asimov reviews Monastrell grape variety wines from Spain, and finds a few gems. And John Mariani, writing for Bloomberg News, finds a good many red wines from Portugal that are as pleasing to the wallet as the palate. JG
