Two columns this week from Eric Asimov of the New York Times, looking at red wines for summer enjoyment and white Godello wines from Spain. In the Washington Post, columnist Dave McIntyre places the focus on wines from the south of France. And wine blogger Ed McCarthy (Wine Review Online) offers praise for Pinot Noir wines from the far west coast of Sonoma County, especially those from Cobb. JG
