The Department of Plant and Soil Science at Texas Tech University adheres to the highest standards of excellence in higher education, research and engagement. Viticulture and Enology students may pursue their degree at main campus in Lubbock, with numerous nearby vineyards and wineries; or at our regional teaching site in Fredericksburg, the most popular winery tourism destination in Texas. Both campus locations have experienced faculty and excellent classroom, field, and laboratory facilities. Students complete a professional internship, and study abroad opportunities are available.
