Dating back to the early 1700's, Tonnellerie Leroi was founded as the exclusive cooperage for France's oldest Cognac house and is the oldest continuous operating cooperage in France. The Leroi cooperage has PEFC, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, HACCP certifications; this demonstrates both its traceability control over the raw materials and its ability to supply a barrel or cask which complies with both customer specifications and quality and security regulatory requirements.
